RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Olivemart, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds as a standard policy, we do allow for product exchanges under reasonable circumstances.
Should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date on which you have received the goods. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If we are unable to exchange the item due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued, Please note that refunds are only processed in such cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
Olivemart reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before approving any exchange. Requests that do not meet our criteria as per the above, may be declined.

We will reimburse you no later than 20 (twenty) days from the day on which we have received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you have used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over;
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items; and
- Goods that are in 100% working condition without any defects.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
