Olivemart utilizes The Courier Guy's service for all deliveries. Once you place an order, delivery can be expected within 3 to 6 days. We utilize The Courier Guy's door delivery, and your order will be sent to the address provided during checkout. A tracking reference will be e-mailed to you along with Pin code to open the locker when collection is available. Please note that standard delivery rates, which are determined by the weight of your Items, will apply.

The delivery costs are determined by The Courier Guy's PUDO system. Olivemart does not cover or subsidize these charges. We also do not apply any additional markup to these delivery fees; customers pay the exact amount charged by the third-party service. 

Customers also have the option to collect their orders in person from our location at 62 Van Beek Avenue, Glenvista, Johannesburg 2091 with prior arrangement. Payments can be made online via our website before collection or in cash at the time of pick up.
